Zepama Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Zepama’s mobile application, website, or services, you agree to be
bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our
services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Zepama. Users under 13 require consent from a
parent or guardian. The youngest Gen Z person as at 2025 is 13 and as our name says, Gen
Z’s, Papa & Mama.
3. Services Provided
Zepama offers: Let others nearby know what’s happening, instantly by :
1. Movement Tracking:
Walking, running, cycling, and driving.
2. Safety Network:
Real-time alerts and hazard reporting.
2a. Red Flag : Urgent Alert / Danger

Post Type: Crime, hazard, potholes, broken street-lights or urgent safety issue
2b. White Flag – Comic
Icon: White flag – Label: Light Moment
Post type/examples:
i.) A goat “directing traffic” at a busy intersection.
ii) A shop with a hilariously misspelled sign.
iii) Someone walking their chicken on a leash
3c. Purple Flag – Opportunity / Value

Post Type: Job, event, freebie, e.g., Free eye check, discount at store etc
3. Messaging
4. Events & Co-Trekking:
Group movement activities with rewards..
5. Drive Mode:
Safer navigation with hazard notifications (coming soon).
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Use Zepama only for lawful purposes.
Provide accurate information during registration.
Not post false, misleading, or harmful safety alerts.
Respect other users’ privacy and safety.
5. Location Services
Zepama uses location data to enable its core features. You may disable location tracking, but certain services will not function.
6. Safety Alerts & Content
You retain ownership of content you post, but grant Zepama a license to use, display, and share safety alerts for public benefit.
Do not post:
False or misleading hazard reports.
Content that violates laws or infringes on rights.
Sensitive personal information about others without consent.
7. Rewards & Incentives
Rewards from Zepama’s move-to-earn activities are subject to change and may have eligibility requirements.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse our services.
9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Zepama provides tools to improve safety, but we cannot guarantee complete accuracy of safety alerts or hazard data. Users are responsible for their own safety decisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
