We respect your right to delete your account and associated personal data. If you no longer wish to use our services, you can request permanent account deletion by following the steps below.

How to Request Account Deletion

  1. Send an email to privacy@zepama.io from the email address linked to your account.

  2. Include the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”.

  3. Our team will verify your identity to protect your account from unauthorized requests.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

  • Your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.

  • Data stored in backups will be deleted within 90 days.

  • Some information may be retained only if required by law (e.g., legal, regulatory, or security purposes).

  • Once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored.
